Pricing explained
Zenda uses a transparent pricing model designed to give you full control over your infrastructure and costs.
1. What you pay for Zenda
Your Zenda subscription covers:
The Zenda software
Setup and deployment
Ongoing improvements and support
This is the only fee you pay to us.
2. What is not included
Zenda runs on your own infrastructure and uses external providers for email delivery.
Because of this, the following costs are billed separately:
Server hosting (e.g. Hetzner)
Email sending (e.g. Amazon SES)
These costs are paid directly to the providers — not to us.
3. Why this model?
This approach gives you several important advantages:
Full control
You own your server and your data.
No vendor lock-in
You are not tied to a platform or forced pricing model.
Lower long-term costs
You pay providers directly, without hidden margins.
4. Typical costs
In most cases:
Server: ~€10–15/month
Typically €3–10/month for most use cases ~€10 per 100,000 emails at scale
For many businesses, total infrastructure costs stay minimal while allowing unlimited scalability.
5. We help you set everything up
If you don’t have a server:
We set up everything for you
We configure the system
We transfer full control to you
No technical experience is required.
Summary
Zenda = software subscription
Infrastructure = your cost, your control
Simple, transparent, and scalable.
